Week 13 update
After a week 12 win over the 49ers, which capped off a Miami Dolphins six game winning streak. It all came to an end on Sunday when the Dolphins went to Baltimore to play the Ravens. The game was projected to be really close, but it was a complete and utter disappointment. The final score of the game was a 38-6 blowout, with the Ravens beating the Dolphins. The worst part about this, is that the Ravens are my roommates favorite team. And I may or may not have lost some cash this Sunday.

Miami Dolphins update
If someone were to tell me that when the Dolphins started to season 1-4 that they would end up making the playoffs, I would have slapped them. Here's the thing, if the playoffs started today, they would be in the playoffs. How? It's simple. Over the last 6 game span, they have not lost one single game. Yes, The Miami Dolphins. Last game, with a matchup against the 1-9 San Fransisco 49ers, the Dolphins one by a mere 2 yards. Many believe they are a mediocre team with a weak end of the year schedule. But does it really matter in the NFL? I mean any team could beat any team. As long a they can avoid losing easy win games, expect the Dolphins to be playing in the post season.

Week 11 Roundup
Crazy week 11 for the Miami Dolphins. After falling back in the game vs the Chargers, the fourth quarter became crunch time for the fins. After making incredible plays heading into the quarter, they forced opposing quarterback Phillip Rivers to throw four interceptions in the final quarter. First year Dolphin Kiko Alonzo, who was acquired through a trade with the Eagles, sealed the game with a go ahead pick six at the end of the fourth quarter. Next week they play the easy opponent of the 49ers. Things should get easy!

The Dreaded Bye Week
This past week, the Dolphins were scheduled for the mandatory NFL bye week. Also known as the longest week of the year for any NFL football fans. It's the one week of the season where your favorite team doesn't play, and it's just simply an off week. Here's the exiting news, the Dolphins play a divison rival in the New York Jets. It's a huge stepping stone for increasing the likelihood of making playoffs this year and a big step for running back Jay Ajayi to see if he can continue to improve on his stellar last two games.

What in the world is happening..
After starting the season with the guarantee of it ending in a rebuilding season, the Dolphins find themselves on a 2 game win streak and only one game under .500. You, as I sure a hell did, may ask yourself, how in the world is this happening. It's because of Jay Ajayi. Yes... Jay Ajayi. the running back who found himself at home the first week of the season because of poor play. Ajayi is a second year back out of Boise State. He has ran for over 400 yards in two games! Seriously incredible numbers. The problem is that i've seen this happen many times before for multiple teams. A player will storm onto the scene, then suddenly the flame will burn out and the problem arises again. If Ajayi can keep running the ball like he as been, can you spell playoffs?

Blog 6
It's a Christmas miracle! The Dolphins actually won! But is that good? Well, it's a little bit of a sticky situation. They have finished either 7-9 or 8-8 almost every year in recent memory. So them winning this game, (where they would usually win anyway, just to screw up a good draft pick). In this years draft, the talent is clearly superior to others in recent draft history. Players like Jabrill Peppers, Deshaun Watson, and Dalvin Cook top the charts. If they continue to win, no harm done. But if the win and loss record remains balanced, it hurts the team in the long run. The next few weeks are very crucial in deciding the teams future moving forward. Cross your fingers.

Well it's official. The Dolphins are the worst team in the NFL. Even coming from a fan of the organization, I know it's true. After coming into week 5 of the NFL with a record of 1-3, one of the worst records in the league. With many questions surrounding quarterback Ryan Tannehill, he came into the game on the hot seat with many things to prove. It's safe to say he showed zero signs of progression, not one, not even a glimpse of hope. In the middle of the Dolphins getting rolled over by the Tennessee Titans, fans started to chant, "We want Matt Moore!". Yes, the Dolphins are at that point in the season. It's safe to say that Tannehill's job will not be his after the upcoming draft. It's time to tank.
